All sailors wishing to take part in 2025/26 HK 9er ranking require a HK 9er membership.  HK 9er annual membership runs on a September to August calendar.  If you have not registered for membership and paid by the first day of a regatta you will receive a DNC score for that regatta and any further regattas until membership is paid and confirmed.

The 9er HK 2025/2026 ranking is determined by adding each competitor's placing in every race across the five regattas held during the year. A discard will be allowed for every five races completed.  When 5 races are completed there will be 1 discard allowed and for 10 races there will be 2 discards etc.  The 9er Association Hong Kong 2025/2026 ranking regattas are:

HHYC Open Dinghy Regatta

16-17 May 2026 - HHYC moved to next season October 3rd-4th

The ranking file on the HK 9er website will only show sailors who are members of HK 9er association.
